In all I gained 50 pounds from my lowest weight. I have only lost 10 of those pounds and it is a struggle to keep those off. I was under weight at my lowest, so I am only 20 pounds from my goal, however, I feel like my band does not work like it use to anymore.
I think that slip really did a number on me. I just hope that I can get my weight undercontrol again.
