I'm I'm the pre opt diet phase. I have not had to hard a time dealing. Just remember y u are doing this. For me I want to shrink my liver. Safety 1st

I have injury . I miss with my yogurt it doesn't really have a taste more of a smell

Hello all, I'm scheduled to be sleeved 12/22/14. I'm Nervous and excited.....mixed emotions. I have 3 kids and praying I make it through. After reading the comments here I see it's pretty normal to have these feelings. I wish everyone a safe and speedy recovery

I got approved for surgery date is 12/22/14....I have an overflow of emotions... I've been morbidly obese for my entire adult life. Just praying I make it through surgery ALIVE, anywho.. I have my pre op appt tomorrow and have no idea what to ask, what are things you'd wished you'd known prior to surgery? I'm sooooo excited!!
