Hi doing well hoping they will discharge me later today not much pain but a little nausea. off to a great start it's tough trying to get fluids in but tracking everything has been a big help

I'm scheduled for 11 tomorrow nervous and excited at the same time not sure I will get any sleep tonight

Jan 28th as well super excited and nervous on the three of my liquid diet

On day 2 not too bad so far hopefully the next 7 days fly by

I have anthem blue cross and it took 7 days

My Dr office told me anthem requires 3 months supervised medical weight loss and that they wouldn't accept weight watchers I was informed I had to go to 1 appt per month approximately 30 days apart. I have completed all requirements including psychological evaluation and appointment with the nutritionist and meet with surgeon on 11/24 and they will submit for approval

I 've finished all my appts and testing and have an appt with my surgeon in mid Nov they will be submitting to ins for approval hoping for a Dec Surg date

No I didn't have the band or any wls when I was on it. I had little to no appetite and yes it affected the taste of foods I could no longer drink soda of any kind and some foods tasted diffrent also had a little tingling in fingers and toes right after I took my fist dose in the am

I used it as a migraine preventative and lost @ 50 lbs the first year I was on it.
