Seymour I feel your pain haven't had a fill yet Thursday will make 2 weeks post-op and I eat the same also I've lost 22lbs and feel I will gain it all back before my first doctors appointment on Monday I've just been feeling had if I've gone through this for nothing I'm totally praying this help I join the YMCA to get my exercise in so let's see how this goes I'm so terrified I really want this to work

Ok I was banded on the 20th of November....Thursday will make 2 weeks exactly and I eat like crazy I have no restriction I'm thinking wth....that no desire for food feeling didn't last long I was awesome first week but hell today I ate almost half of a grill chicken leaving may be half of the breast My doctor appt. Is Monday so let's see how it goes praying I may the right choice tomorrow I'm going back to 2shakes a day with a healthy meal but I just may gain back the 22lbs lost before Monday if I don't stop any suggestion any one please open to all comments

I don't know if it's because I haven't had a fill yet but I can eat a entire half of a chicken surgery was done on the 20th of November I've lost a total of 22lbs May gain it all back before first fill if my eating don't change I'm praying this work

Welcome and congrats to you on your new beginning wish you the best...I myself have just join and thought to myself that this is an awesome group... my surgery is schedule for November and I'm so anxious... I'm glad I made the choice of getting the band also

Great advice from everyone if I could pack you all up and move you to Houston I would my surgery is not until November and just from your comments and advice I'm ready... I was having mixed emotions but now I feel comfortable knowing that it's a great community of people here that I feel are giving great advice that I wouldn't mind having on my team #lapband????✌how do I add you guys has friends labwalker, Bandista, SandyM, mrsto, tiffanyandco and pink dahlia my new #wlsteam ????????
