I am 8 weeks out and I just started to eat Chinese, I love garlic chicken, I just skip the mushrooms(allergic ) and I also love the pepper steak. I just don't eat the rice someone else in my family does and if I get a large order it will last me about 3 days worth of meals.

I am currently 8 weeks out and I eat that stuff now, corn chips do not bother me, I can get a taco salad, light lettuce add Beans and get it with ground beef and just eat it really slow. I split it with a friend who had surgery too, and I normally only eat half of my half, and I'm full, guacamole is great avocado's are great Protein, just take it slow and don't over indulge
