I'm going on 3 weeks post op and suffering from really bad nausea. I'm not able to get anything in really and fear that I'm becoming dehydrate. I am on nausea medication but its just not helping. Any advice on how to maybe get in my liquids is needed!
first you need to tell your doctor so they are aware of this situation...SF popsicles can help with this as well as making a slushy of some sort.....and def take wee sips often..but most important, call and tell your doctor.
I have put in a message with my doctor's office still waiting for they to get back with me. I tried the SF popsicles but everything wants to come back up.
