Had my surgery doing pretty well over all. gas pain so far is the worst! using gas x strips they seem to help.

I was going to suggest those.
I think they are the best to use and I happen to use them still on occasion to help me when I need it.
Walking as much as you can will help too to release the gas from your body.
Congratulations on doing this for yourself and the best of luck to you on your journey to a healthier and happy you.
