I was sleeved on the 20th and I understand what you are saying its rough. walk as much as you can, very tiny sips gas x strips have really helped me. I know its frustrating at times, but I know its going to get better. I'm starting to be able to take in more fluids which I'm praying will help with my Migraines. We can do this little steps every day we are one step closer to our goals. Good luck

I just had my surgery Monday and suffered from this as well walk as much as you can. The gas X strips really did seem to help me too. They do try to remove as much of the gas as they can but can not always get it all out. It can be very painful. In other surgeries I've had laying flat and walking worked best. My current issue is getting in enough fluids so I don't have Migraines otherwise I'm doing better. I wish you the best. Keep moving!!
