Lived through my first Thanksgiving celebration. I ate my normal half cup, used my little ramekin and no-one said a word about it. I'm tired now, still have not found my energy since surgery. Feeling like things are getting better.

I ate a Morningstar Griller for breakfast that caused the foamies and horrible stomach pains. Have spent the day in bed and on liquids. Threw out the rest of the package of Grillers.

Real food tonight, I'm making a chicken a biscuit casserole of which I can handle the chicken mixture. Sooooo looking forward to it.

You are not too old for leggings and they are a saving grace when we're dropping weight so quickly.

I had the same and still will Stall for a day or two as I take this journey. Two shakes a day (buy the ones that are 30 grams off protein each). Make sure your fluids are 64 oz. My doctor recommends three 1/2 cup meals a day. And only weigh yourself once a week. Your're NOT going to fall. Keep the faith.

Saw the doctor today, down 31 lbs. Moving from pureed foods to actual chicken and fish, toasted bread and a few other textures I've been missing. Next week is veggies!

I had my first weekend away since surgery (girls weekend). It was a little challenging to eat the right foods but I did it. Feeling very proud of myself and a little empowered too.

I have ramekins that fit the half cup perfectly. Useful little bowls all around.

Yes! You are describing what happens to me with plain water. Weird thing is if I drink crystal light it doesn't do it.

I felt the same way. But now there weeks out I'm able to tell the difference of hungry and full. It just takes time and getting used to the new you and your bodies signals.

I was on liquids for a week. Then went to soft foods.

So happy for you. Mine has been smooth sailing as well, I count my blessings daily. Take care of yourself and listen to your body.

This was my first week back to work and I'm exhausted. I went into the office two days and worked from home two days. It was hard to remember to get my protein and water while working. I need to do better with that. Taking tomorrow off because I think my body needs it.

Dumb question, but dis anyone know if we can take Sudafed? I left a message for my nurses but haven't heard back and I have a sinus headache that is killing me.
