What's your favorite Feature about yourself?

I like my face again. It's no longer bloated. -
It's been a fee days and I had a lot to catch up on. Bronxi, you look amazing. I'm still losing slow but not complaining, if it's a pound a week I'll take it. I'm almost in the 220's, haven't been there since I was in my 20's. Tonight my husband took me to the Olive Garden, it was the first time we've really gone out. It was a nice dinner and enough was brought home that I won't have to cook for the next two nights! Take care all, you are simply an amazing group of people and I love sharing this journey with you.

I feel like death today, I pray I'm not getting sick again. Being sick was the beginning of my last stall and I do not want to go through that again.

@pinkpolkadot610 Yes, I have the same issue. While it's great to be able to eat I wish my body would restrict me more. I've been logging foods in my fitness pal (not religiously) and trying to keep the calories down. I'm also struggling with head hunger. I know I don't need to eat but really want to. Feeling like my old demons are back with me.

Where did it get moved to? I did a search to find it but that doesn't tell me where it went.

Today is a landmark day for me. I hit fifty pounds. The forties were so hard to get through but I've started exercising and cut down on carbs. Hopefully working through the fifties will be a little easier. I'm so excited today!

My pcp prescribes my anti depressant.

Failed to mention I went into the office today.

I normally work from home and have a good routine down when it comes to eating and drinking my fluids. Just now I realized I'm drinking a latte and eating a muffin together without even thinking about it! Threw the muffin out, drinking water now and waiting for the repercussions. Old habits are hard to break!

Today was the first time someone commented on my weight loss. They just asked if I have lost weight and said I looked good. I was thrilled, finally someone noticed.

I go through this too. I find if I miss my protein the scale isn't my friend. I've stopped weighing daily and try to focus more on how I'm feeling and how my clothes are fitting.

I'm so happy reading about you girls who are half way to goal. Gives me so much hope. Thank you all for sharing!

We must be on the same plan. First stalled together now losing one pound a week together. Funny thing is, I'm not sad about it at all, I'm losing and that's more than I can say before the surgery. My energy level is still up, I'm not napping all day anymore. So many blessings to be had. I love this board and this group has got me this far. Thank you, each and everyone of you.

My doctor allows coffee immediately following surgery, but only a cup or two (small).

I have made a couple skirts and dresses to get me through. As far as my old clothes, I'm selling then on eBay.
-
I just went to Costco and premier protein drinks are on sale.

Today is the first day since surgery that I feel normal. Oct. 8 was my surgery date. Energy level is good, mood excellent. I hope I'm over the hump.
-
Thanks for posting, I'm still struggling with my stall, going to follow all their suggestions.
-
I'm finally feeling better and thus caring about the scale again. I'm going to make an effort to get my protein in and liquids too. Hope it works, a three week stall is too much.

@@Beni, that's exactly how I vomit. It's the weirdest thing and usually out of nowhere.

You look fantastic, congratulations on the great weight loss.

Probably was the sauce, base was butter. Oh but it tasted Devine, lol.

For dinner last night I served steak with sauteed onions and mushrooms in a reduced sauce. I was up most the night dumping, no more steak for this girl.

I'm in the midst of a stall right now. Very frustrating but trying not to get too worked up over it.

I realized something today, the nausea after meals is gone. I really feel like I'm healing from surgery and owning this new reality.
