I have the same feeling, not hungry but I want to eat something. I have found crushed ice or even ice I've blended helps. That crunch makes me feel like I'm eating something. -

I'm calling it a success. I only ingested what was in the last. I'm exhausted and have a blazing headache but still...I got through it.

The fluids are a really good point, no I'm not sure I am. I'll keep track of them tomorrow as I didn't today. -

The diet is okay, I'm not hungry but still have cravings for real food. I get protein shakes, broth, sugar free jello and popsicles. Only problem is a migraine which could be non-related. -
