  1. Let's do this. I have my first Nut apt 04/22 and a knee replacement on 04/24, so my husband is going to help me with my eating when I get home from the hospital. I still have about 50-60 lbs to go to my goal weight. So I just have to stay focused and do everything I can do. I don't want to get back to where I was, so I am going to do everything in my power to do it.

  7. I need help! I am out 4 years now, went back to the doctor yesterday after 3 years. I too am struggling with my eating habits. Since my last weigh in with him I only gained 1 lb in 3 years, but by my records I am up 15 lbs and don't want to get back where I was. Any suggestions on what I should try eating, he put me on a 50 gram carbs and the rest is protein. I don't see the nut until 04/22/19 right before my knee replacement, so I want to see if I can take off the 15 prior to that.
  8. I wore the spandix for the first few weeks after my surgery and it worked wonders for me, but now I am happy with my new look and I don't think this would be for me but nice to know it works for others.
