my doctor told me to take milk of magnesia. I couldn't pass gas after surgery at all. That help now I've switch to (TMI MOMENT) explosive diarrhea.

the healthy shot they gave me in the hospital was disgusting. It was this strong intense peach and whatever I mixed it with it made that taste nasty. After I got home tried to mix it with lemonade and it just ruined the lemonade for me.

all of the women on my mom side are obese and one of my aunts, whom is about 340lbs herself, kept saying "why don't you just push away from the table." And I responded "did that work for you?" On the other hand my dads wife and my siblings were very supportive. My best friend wants the surgery as well.

maybe that will work. I've even been adding some juice with protein.

im an RNY but fluid and Protein are a big issue. I drink room temp Water but where my cream Soup will go down 1/2 cup at a time. My water cramps it if I take a sip.

The didn't give me any antobiotics.

i didn't have morphine on tap. I had fentanyl on tap.

lunch is strained cream of mushroom soup made with fair life Protein skim milk. I added a dash of onion and garlic powder and a dusting of pepper. i probably won't finish the whole 1/2 cup serving. But what nice is the fair life milk is 13g protein per eight ounce. Taste good. Ps. I had my mom go get me milk of magnesia and I was able to pass gas feeling a bit better than yesterday. I can still feel all this gas moving. Recipe if from my wls book I was given by the doctor.

when I read about un.jury the chocolate splendor is one that's Made with mostly sucralose, while that Chocolate classic is a more milk chocolate flavoring like how they do the vanilla so I ordered the vanilla the classic chocolate and strawberry sorbet

I burp but it's not helping the gas in my belly. And I told my doctor I can feel the food come back up but it just tastes like a warm version of what I drink down it is not acidic at all.

I'm not getting enough water, getting enough protein, the gas is astronomical, I feel it moving all the time but it won't come out. I've been doing gas ex. I got to spend today trying to get in the water and my protein. I've got some bene-fiber tablets and some sugar-free gum which should help with the bad breath that I get whether I brush or not.

I'm barely getting in 20 oz of water but the doc said that the rest of what I'm drinking also counts toward the 60oz. this is good for those who want coffee taste with no guilt. And it's 11g of protein. But it's 150 cal. And the sugar is whewww. But it nice still.

the new scrub company we have does not even carry a 4x so it was either a tight 3x or a loose 5x. So guess which one I wore. Soon I'll have to fight over he larges and x-larges like every one else.

Funny thing is no one really got on me about my protein or water intake while I was in the hospital. It's like as long as they knew I was trying my best.

you don't have to leave just because technically you'll be the last of Octobers LOL. I didn't even get a gastric sleeve I ended up getting a gastric bypass but I still keep an eye on everybody

I mixed the 2oz stage 1 baby bananas with 15 ml vitamins and 15g genepro. My doctor says that the protein supplements a drink also count toward the 60 ounces of liquid I need a day
