That's great! I hope you aren't worried about the time it has taken you, as you mention being slow. My weight loss is also slow, but I am still very happy with it. I have lost and gained so many times in my life, and sometimes faster than this. But I couldn't sustain the weight loss before. With the surgery, you know that the weight you lose is going to stay gone. So, no big hurry. You are learning how to cook and think and eat differently. Congrats!
