Hair loss months for me now, I don't like it, beside loosing hair and I had a lot of them, they are thinning out and just weird. I had a full head of curls now they have a weird texture, I'm considering cutting very short but I don't know if is a good idea. I heard that nothing helps. I'm 5 months out

Having problem eating meat or chicken, eggs and fish, I drink a protein shake a day, and eating nuts etc. I'm thinking to try vegetarian diet but I'm worry about getting all the protein we need. Also I'm loosing tons of hair, I do have a lot but my hair look dead. Also in doing ok on vitamin but I forget to take calcium. I lost 65lbs I'm at 149 now but I stalled for a month. I can't find energy to work out, Hoping I can get on a good routine when the kids start school! -

Well that doesn't rule out stricture, I had a stricture after 4 weeks, the only way they see it was because I insist so much on having an endoscopy, when finally the gastroenterologist told me I had a stricture, my scar tissue build up so much I had a pin hole left for food and water to go down. It took them 4 weeks to figure out after mri and xray with liquid. Didn't show until I had an endoscopy. -

Sorry I got confuse with sugar, no protein the only reason I was eating it was for constipation, but they don't work. I only had 2 not the all serving size, which contains 20gr of sugar. Yes gentle move is the only thing that help, I'm using it only every other day. Driving lots of water.
