Day three of the pre-op diet. Not hungry, but getting sick of protein shakes.

I got my surgery date! March 3, 2015

I got my insurance approval today!!! I should get a call in the next few days to schedule my pre-op!

Roller coaster ride this week. 1st doc doesn't do revisions, but I found a surgeon who will, and his office is so encouraging!

Woo hoo! I finally got an appointment with the surgeon! I attended the first seminar on September 24. I submitted all of the paperwork, including, the insurance authorization forms, and was supposed to hear back in two weeks. I called today, because its almost been a month. They couldn't find my paperwork, or the form that said I attended the seminar! I was so frustrated. I got the front office girl to check with my insurance anyway, and emailed the patient advocate to straighten out the paperwork issue. my inusrance wants notes from my doctor of weights for the past two years, and three discussions about weight at PCP visits. No problem. They also need the psych consult, which the surgeon wants, too. I have a Medicare Advantage plan, so I don't think this is unreasonable. Now I feel like the process can begin!!!
