Great workout today! Still loving that the only pain I feel at the gym is from my workout, and not the back pain I used to have.

That is fantastic news. I wish I could say the same, my back pain is much worse. Just had cervical spine surgery. I was told they see many post WLS patients because we become so much more active and the fat was actually supporting your spine. You are one of the lucky ones! I still would not trade my success with WLS. I can do so much more and feel so much better!
