You are doing great! I never worry about how much I've lost, as long as I'm losing! It's all good! I'll be thinking about you on the 10th! Morning or afternoon time? Mine was 7:30 a.m....I was so happy not to have to think about it all day. I was home and watching TV and drinking room temperature water and G2 by noon!

It was so nice to meet you on Saturday! That rocked! Too bad we didn't get on the same boat ride! That was so much fun!

June 30th will be here before you know it! My surgery is the 17th. I'm going to be cleaning house the next 3 days so I can just rest next week!

Okay. I got my Post-Op sign finished for my fridge. This last week of school was CRAZY! I found out that I was switching classrooms at the last minute and then 3 of my students and myself got the flu! I had fever and chills on my teacher workday! (At least I wasn't able to eat much!!!)

Hopefully this will be a good template for you, and hopefully you can change it as needed.
