I don't think I ever finised a protein drink in my first postops.days I was eating jellocottagecheese,and broth and sipping on water and trying to get the protein in__no one told me my hair would come out if I didn't drink the protein I didn't find that out until I found this website so if you can get.it down you won,t loss any hair -
