WELL I UPPED MY WATER, TOOK MY ACID REDUCER BEFORE BED, TOOK TUMS WHEN I WOKE UP, DRANK TEPID WATER AND STILL NAUSEOUS, EVEN THIS LATE IN THE DAY 1PM, I USUALLY FEEL BETTER BY THIS TIME OF DAY.

Yes I'm getting my water in. Last night I drank two glasses before bedtime to see if it helped but it didn't. I am taking acid reducers every morning.

TODAY IS THE BEST DAY I'VE HAD SO FAR, I DIDN'T NEED ANXIETY MEDS THIS MORNING. I DID HAVE TO SUFFER THRU EATING AN EGG FOR BREAKFAST AND MY LUNCH AND SNACK BUT I FEEL MUCH BETTER TODAY. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO REPLIED, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH IT MEANT WHEN I WAS LITERALLY AT THE END OF MY ROPE BEGGING FOR HELP. -

I wasnt depressed or anxious nor did I have insomnia before surgery. I'm walking briskly every day. I will say today has been a little better and I was actually hungry for the first time in two weeks. Maybe I'm getting better. I eat 1/2 cup or less and I do make sure I separate food and liquid by more than 30 minutes. I sure have been feeling hopeless but maybe it's getting better. -

9 weeks out and having nausea too, mostly morning time, I have to force myself to eat and I can keep it down. I got a script for nausea meds from my surgeon but that's all. -

Sounds great...I did really well until about two weeks ago, hard to admit but I have depression anxiety and for the last three days nausea and dry heaves, keep telling myself it will get better but it doesn't feel like it at the moment. -
