Your Protein goal seems really low. My daily goal is 70 or more. My NUT has me focused on high protein low carb eating. I am having pretty good weight loss. 54 pounds since my pre op liquid diet started the last week of January 2015.

I told my husband, kids both adults, my close group of girlfriend's five of them total. My husband took it upon himself to tell all of his friends and all of his coworkers. I was and still am upset about it. I didn't want to have to defend my very personal decision and asked him to not discuss it with anyone. Two of his friends have asked him why was I lazy and took the easy way out. That was the reason I didn't feel the need to disclose this information. I am by no means ashamed of my WLS. I just didn't feel the need to tell these people who aren't apart of my support system.

I'm a MAC girl. I have never bought a MAC product I haven't been 100% happy with. your initial investment will be costly. Probably right around 250 dollars. After that you only need to piece replace. The girl at the counter will be more than happy to help you pick colors and show you basic makeup application. As someone else it said brushes make all the difference.

I have 5 small incisions and one that is in my belly button that Is very painful. Just had my surgery on 2/11/15.

I'm excited. I know the complications and risks but I am still excited. I can't wait to walk without breathing hard, Wear clothes from ANY store not just the big girl stores. To not tug at my clothing because I am uncomfortable in my own skin oh and to have skinny sex My kids will soon be having babies of there own and I want to jump rope play hopscotch and play with those kids. I am excited to live again instead of just existing. February 11th can't come soon enough for me. Maybe because of the liquid diet I'm on now LOL. Good luck to all.
