I've actually been losing sleep thinking about how the surgery will go but I'm sure it will be fine. Thank you all for the comforting comments.

Thank you. I'm getting cold feet now. I'm freaking out, lol, just nuts!

I have a pre-op meeting on 29 September and I'll ask a lot of questions then. I definitely want to stay overnight and will push for that so we'll see what happens if I have to find a different surgeon or reschedule I'll do that.

My surgery coordinator told me that I could stay overnight if I would feel more comfortable and I think that's what I'm going to do. My surgeon is right here in town they said you rest better when you're at home but I want to be in the hospital because I'm nervous. I would be happier with two nights really. Thanks for the quick reply.

I'm so ready for this :-) How long is everyone staying in the hospital. My surgeon usually doesn't do an overnight. I think it's strange. What do you all think?

The closer I get to my surgery I'm really scared as well. I just told my office manager and my supervisors. I'm not sure if I will tell the rest of my office we'll see how things go. I'm worried about the usual things such as hair loss vitamin problems just issues with recovery also very hopeful and excited too. I'm praying that everything goes well for myself as well as for all my fellow sleevers good luck everybody.My surgery is actually on 13 October. I'll keep you posted

I have anthem as well and my surgery office gave a form with weight loss methods listed and I just put the dates and how much I lost and if and how much I gained back.

I haven,t decided if I will tell my office about the surgery yet. I don't want to watched either!

Hello Marielbx, My surgery date is 13 Oct, 2014 although I may actually have it on the 6th instead. Your weight is the same as mine . Where are you having surgery?
