Hello, Quick question. Did they require that you lose the weight you gained during the preop diet? I was recently denied due to my weight gain. No I didn't have to lose the weight for the appeal process... Mine went all the way to the external appeal they don't even look at if you gained weight -

I don't remember if I had a catheter but when I asked my surgeon I remember him saying they don't put it in till after you are sleep. So if I had one I don't even know about it lol. It was taken out before I woke up. -

If it's Nov. 15th I would go on a liquid diet about 2 weeks before depending on how much weight you need to lose.
