I'm December 12th as well at 10 am. I've heard Chapstick toiletries, loose clothes to wear home and a pillow to hold on your stomach for the ride home. Good luck to you! It's getting real isn't it? Also a cell phone if you have one.

My preop date is December 2 then the strict diet begins. I kind of like the shakes so far. I've been trying them out. I doctor them up with sugar free chocolate syrup and occasionally some peanut butter. I've also added a little sf powdered pudding and that makes them really thick and creamy.

I won't miss my 4 year old granddaughter asking me loudly in a crowded checkout line if I have a baby in my belly! Also I won't miss anymore high school reunions because I am embarrassed about my weight.
