I am so sorry for your experience with the surgeon. He is obviously not the right doctor for you. Their are many more out there and you should not settle. Find someone that makes you feel confident. Our providers are a huge part of our journey. If they don't make us feel comfortable, they are not the right one. Know that you have worked your butt off for your body. Don't let someone else belittle that hard work. Best of luck.

I was sleeved on 9/17. I was in the hospital for 2 1/2 days. Everything went well. I had no nausea thank god. I did have some pain right out of the OR, but they got it under control quick. I still can't get all my Protein or fluids in. It takes me for ever to finish anything. My only issue is the tiredness. Omg, I walk and I feel like I ran a marathon. I hope everyone has a speedy and uneventful recovery. =)

It's 230 am here and I'm good. I had some pain right out of the OR, but they managed it quick. I have been up twice since 5pm. All in all it's not as bad as my mind had made it out to be. Moving and walking is your Best friend. =) I will keep posting updates. =) -
