@@SimplySue Our stats are pretty similiar. I started out a little higher but I think my weight loss at my 6 month check up last week was 55.8%.

I would love to be added to the fb group. I have asked several times but have never been added. AgentShepard, those are my favorite flavors of the Quest bars too! I enjoy reading everyone's post. I have noticed I am a little more hungry and can eat more now too. I have been in a little bit of a stall but finally got to onederland! I got a pedometer and am trying to get my 10,000 steps in everyday but I want to add in strength training. That is my next goal. Not sure why my text got smaller? Have a great day everyone!
