Hello everyone. So, I joined the losers bench on August 18th and I have been feeling very nauseous and weird ever since. I wake up in the morning and I feel just fine but as the day progresses I experience stuff that I'm not liking too much. For example, this morning I was able to eat a cheese stick and I felt fine and for lunch I ate a small amount of cottage cheese, but then about an hour or so later my stomach started to bother me and I became nauseous. Also, I get very light headed whenever I sit up or stand up and start walking. Maybe it's my blood pressure dropping? Because I am still on the high blood pressure pills. And whenever I walk around for just a little bit it literally feels like I am drained of all my energy. I'm just very nervous with everything because it's new to me and I don't want anything to be wrong. I hope someone can at least put me at ease a little bit
Suggestions please? :)
