Hey my friends...ive missed you so much...things are great..i started my preop diet at 260 and am down to 200lbs.....im losing the average 1-2 lbs a week..im healthy and happy and hope everyone elses journey was as fun and fulfilling as mine ..peace to all..

Thanks for the message, i went to iowa for the weekend. It was my birthday on Saturday. The woodlands of crest hill is located off theodore, buy the public library.
