I will have to say I tried so many Protein shakes before pre op and nectar Protein became my favorite of all of them. powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury was good to but I dont like the size tub. All the other protien shakes I stayed away from becasue they had so many items like staturated fat added stuff I wasnt sure about and alot more calories. With nectar theres only 25 calories per serving and no extra stuff added.

Where to begin I started gaining weight about 7 years ago to date, right before I had my son. Seven years later here I am today on my way to weight loss Surgery. A piece of me feels ashamed I let myself go like this, but all I can do now is pick up the pieces and strive for a better life. Ever since I can remember I had a yoyo weight up and down on the scales. Throughout my teen years I was a vegetarian who never ate meat, or junk. I was the girl you would find riding a bike for miles to lose weight or walking for miles afraid of gaining weight. Now today I’m just the lost FAT GIRL trying to find herself. I decided on weight loss surgery because over the last couple of years the struggle has gotten harder and harder High Blood Pressure, Swollen ankles and legs constantly, and PCOS I’m a mere 32 and something tells me if I want to see 33 or any other age it’s time to make a drastic change not only for me but for my son. So as I began my journey to the other side please, please leave words of encouragement. -
I can so relate my insurance company actually took a short period of time to come back with approval but the doctor himself has been on vacation so Tuesday I go in for my final appointment for my workup. The process has taken so long that at times I almost feel me getting so nervous I think about backing out. I know you said the Insurance Company is taking a really long time in making a decision. I don't know how yours works but the office was supposed to contact me as soon as they found out which they didn't that I had been approved. I actually contacted the insurance company they told me that I had been approved and then I contacted the office once again and they got my next appointment rolling. Soon enough the process for us will behind and we too will be post-op instead of pre-op hang in there we're almost there. BEST OF WISHES.
