I can certainly symphathize - I'm almost 5 months out and have very little hunger. I'm lucky if I feel "hungry" once a day, usually if at all around dinner time. If it is really hard, since I'm forcing myself to drink anyways, I have Atkins Protein shakes and Protein "shots". Also, my tummy also really likes Decaf tea, so I'll drink 20 oz of tea at a time, with a chunk of the 20 oz being skim milk.
So far my bloodwork has been coming back good for protein. :-)

You know, that could be it

Lately (within the last thirty pounds) every time I lose 8-10 pounds I step on the scale one day and am magically 3 pound higher. In the beginning I didn't think much of it - Water, I thought. Except I then have to work as hard to get those 3 pounds off, they don't just come off like water weight.
Someone please tell me this is normal. I'm ten (to 11 or 12) pounds away from goal...so .....close....... :shakes fist violently at universe:

Seems like I should have rambled over to this topic much sooner. Sleeved 8/13, HW:225, 209 day of surgery, CW: 170.
My scale hates me and I miss pastries.
Ahhh yup, that's pretty much it lol.

I haven't lost inches. Clothing does not seem looser. Other "measures of success" are not meaningful, in that I did not rearrange my anatomy to improve my running time.

Sigh, I'm feeling completely defeated.
My sleeve was done on 8/13. When I got home on 8/15 I was 201 on my scale. Almost two weeks out I've only dropped to 198-199 (and that was a week ago).
I'm doing well, getting all my liquids, Protein, Vitamins etc. and walking. When I'm only on sugar free liquids and two Protein shakes, how can I possibly not be losing?
So depressed. Halp.
5 Weeks after surgery and not loosing a pound...

Sounds like you are just going through a stall - I find VSG weight loss is a constant series of quick losses followed by plateaus, which increase in frequency, it seems, as weight is lost (for me anyways, but my NUT has said this is pretty standard). If you are striving for the correct amount of fluids, calories and Protein per your NUT, you are doing it right. Everything else happens in time. :-)
EDIT: Not that waiting for everything else to happen in time doesn't really, really suck lol
