I haven't lost any weight in over two months. I had a low BMI to start with. Any advice?

Its now been two months since I've lost weight! Im going to up my calories, lower my carbs, and force myself to exercise more.

I had a BBI of 31 and was self pay. I did not have to do any pre surgery diet. My liver was fine.

I'm 5 months postop. Had BMI of 31. I've lost 31.5 pounds. This last month I've only lost a pound. I'm 4 pounds away from a normal BMI and 14 away from goal.

I started at 186 184 SW 153 CW. 5 more pounds to a normal BMI and 15 pounds to goal weight. I am slowing way down to maybe a pound or less per week. Is this normal? I'm 63 years old.

Well I just found out I'm losing my job. I just bought a house and everything went into the house. I'm frantically job hunting but nothing so far. For the last two days I've been emotionally eating and gained two pounds. Help! I'm very stressed out. Am 8 lb away from a normal BMI.

Just curious. What is your goal weight at 5'5?
-
How many calories were you eating at 4 months post op?
-
I went to the gym. I was the same weight there! Whoo hoo!

After weeks of losing 1 lb a week, (low BMI to start with), I've lost 2 lb in 2 days! I'm 13 weeks post op. Do you think the battery in the scale is dying lol? Could this be true?

What is your BMI?

Is it harder to lose the last 20 pounds? I've really slowed down. How did you all do?
-
I don't ever get hungry. I'm 3 months post op. I've never been hungry since I had the surgery.

I'm 63 and started with a low BMI. I'm 3 months post op and have lost over 50% of my excess weight. I did the surgery because I kept gaining and gaining. I have no regrets and can't wait to get to my goal weight of 138. I'm 5'5. Starting weight was 184.
-
Now I'm a bit over 50% excess weight loss. This is 3 months post-op. When does it really start to slow down?
-
I mean 3 months post op.

Dr. Guillermo Alvarez does. He's done over 6500 sleeves too. He is amazing!
