My mamaw wants to visit me in the hospital. I told her to stay home. Not worth the 2 hr drive when I'll be back home the next day.

They told me yesterday to bathe in dial soap up to two days before surgery and the morning of. She said no perfumes and stuff. My question is this. Does that mean deodorant, face cream, shampoo, and chipped toe nail polish? She talked fast lol

I discovered I have a hiatal hernia that the surgeons gonna fix while he's in there. So I'm going to tell anyone at work who asks where I've been that I had hernia surgery. Because I'll be off a week for that if I had a major one. -

I did pure liquids yesterday but for dinner I had the best grilled chicken salad I've had in a long time. It was from steak and shake. -

Well my surgery date is march 24. I've been on my preop 9 days. Today I'm gonna eat then start again tomorrow.

So my in laws are taking us out to a Mexican restaurant or bdubs tomorrow and it will be day 9 of my pre op. I'm allowed one meal a day consisting of 2 Oz of meat and a salad. I think I may pull out my bariatric diners card and get a small meal. They have black bean burgers at bdubs. May try one of those -
