I'm a little over 8 months post op and the past few days I've been getting light headed whenever I stand up and walk. At one time I had to hold on to the door frame. I will admit I haven't been eating right lately but idk if that has anything to do with it. Any suggestions?

Yea I ate a whole grilled chicken sandwich the other day. Surprised me. I need to back off of the junk I'm eating.

I'm kinda stuck at 90 down. Sleeved 3/24/15

I was jogging yesterday and noticed a sharp pain 2 inches to the right of my belly button. It only happens when my belly is jarred and when I pick up my 2 year old and put her on that side. I am also on my period right now so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it. I can't tell if it's the skin or something further down. It doesn't hurt to push it. Anybody else ever have this. Should I call my surgeon or the weigh loss center I started with.

I called the surgeons nurse and she said it sounded like a hernia. And to go to my dr and get a cat scan

Title pretty much sums it up... This crap has started in the past couple days.... I am up for a little bit of the mornings then all of a sudden a wave of nausea comes over me... I can't drink anything even water and afraid to eat... but I took a bite of a biscuit and felt better. This happened day before yesterday and this morning but not yesterday. Does this happen to others this far out? I asked in a facebook sleever page and I got the response that I was prego... Told them to shut up. I was on the pill... But now I'm afraid cuz I take my bc pill with water and then take my other vitamins the same way... could I have flushed the pill through before it got into my system? idk how that stuff works. I sure hope not. Any suggestions guys?

So I'm 3 months post and in 3 days I have a girls night. I am 206 and wanna be 200 by then. Is it possible? Will going back to liquid speed it up?

I was sleeved on March 23. Doing pretty good. Have lost 52lbs since sugery. Hit me up if you want to chat. Take care. Hey I was sleeved march 24. I'm only down 36 lbs. Going slow for me. But of chours when I could eat I was allowed to eat whatever. So I have tried many things. Some worked some didn't. Either made me sick to throw up or the other thing. Or just hurt so bad I felt like I was dying. But I'm happy. At least it's coming off at all.

My husband and I have not been using protection. I use birth control. I'm 11 weeks from surgery and really scared I'm prego. I won't know till next week when my pd starts hopefully.
