    Pee color and water intake

    Yeah my pee has like a yellow tint. but later in the night it's super clear. But good no know! P.S. does any of your pee smell? When I haven't drunk water in awhile my pee smells as if I went poo but I didn't lol. Just me?
  2. I feel the same way. I was at a small family birthday party and my aunts friend is obese and at the corner of my eye I saw all the food she consumed and just thought wow that is so gross why are you eating so so much just stop it looks awful then I express this to my mom once we left and asked was I like that. And she said yes. I just think it's funny being in a better place and realizing how awful certain things are. Although 15% of my weight loss decision was based on looking hot the real reason was because my body hurt and my health was on the worse. Sometimes I want to tell people there are always options. But yeah its a motivation to better myself.
  3. I love the Syntrax Nectar in chocolate truffle and vanilla bean also I do the ice tea one so I can add it to my water intake while adding to my water intake. I loooove muscle milk! I drank premier too in the beginning but no longer enjoy the taste. Everyone is different I know the vitamin shopee by my hospital gave out samples to bariatric patients so do some research.

    Venting slash still stalling!

    I kept reading to add more water which I did also to change up my work out so I did. I cut a lot of things out of my diet. I'm so close to my first goal it sucks. I'm hoping one day I'll wake up and the weight just falls off!
  5. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I feel like im doing great. I need to up my Water but these last few days I've been great. Thursday I was 201 and today I'm 206. I feel bloated still on somw days I've been between 201-209 for almost 2 months now. Help! I'm getting really upset and quite honestly feel like giving up I work out 5 days a week cardio and strength I thought it was because I'm gaining muscle but I'm not thinking so much anymore. This sucks complete balls! Sorry just upset but any suggestion is welcomed.

  8. Maybe it's me but I'm having issues with fruits. Oranges I can't eat or my stomach kills me! I literally just ate an apple and bam I went straight to the bathroom. Bananas fill me up for a long time but leave me feeling uncomfortable also. Grapes taste weird to me now and Pre op they were my all time go to fruit. Anyone else?!
  9. Yesterday I started 5k training which was 10 minute walk 1 min run2 min walk done 4 times Ending with a 10 min walk. 32 minutes. Then I did some squats and some lunges and some triceps and biceps workout. But all day I felt like I did absolutely nothing. Do you ever feel that way? Also I'm at a month and a half stall so I'm feeling very discouraged lately.
  10. I agree with both of you but I guess mainly I felt that way because normally on Sundays I do a weight lifting class and had to skip it due to time issues so I felt somewhat empty. Lol
  11. So I'm 4 months out. Upped my Protein do everything regarding protein and Water but yet I'm going bald. I had thick beautiful Mexican hair! Now it's super thin. Still loosing so here's the point. Did you cut your hair to help the peoblem? Did it help? also I know everyone's different but how long did the hair loss happen. I'm going on almost two month! I'm shedding worse then the dog!

    I can notice more and more mainly because my hair is flat I use to have body and thick Hispanic hair and now it's a mess I don't want to cut it but I feel it'll be best but I DON'T KNOW! It's always up anyways but the days I have it down its just depressing

    Hair loss hair cuts!

    It's might suck for me more tho because I wash my hair 2 times a week and it's up at least 4 times a week so maybe that's why I loose it in such huge chuncks. Also I feel like my face is too full still to consider short hair. I've always had long hair it's my safety blanket so this choice sucks

    Cardio drumming!

    So I went to a cardio drumming class last night and although I didn't quite like it because of its slow pace I HIGHLY recommend it for someone who is Pre op or newly post op. It's an amazing way to start exercising! I didn't break a sweat though! Just thought I'd share!

    Running shoes suggestions?

    The runners I know are like ASICS, but I agree you need to go to a true athletic store and get fitted. I lived and worked in Monmouth county for a hot minute. That'd be great! Because I have zero clue where a specialty store around me would be.
  18. I'm 4 months post op (almost) and I'm down probably 52lbs . Lately I'm just always hungry I don't get why here's a typical day Work7am In the am i do an egg with ham and cheese on a slice of toast. I probably eat half of it. Throughout work I drink at least 30oz of Water with is mixed with my Protein so I kill two birds with one stone. I eat lunch around 12 Today I made a quinoa bowl with Beans corn and steak also some salsa. I then eat a Quest bar around 1 Still drinking water Today I ate dinner at 5 Baked potato asparagus and salmon I did Zumba from 7-8 straight after I drank my Protein shake about 12oz Now 10pm I'm hungry I tried to just drunk the hunger but my stomach was telling me no. So now I'm eating what I had for lunch (i meal prep) Am i hungry because I start my day early and sleep late or am I doing something wrong Help! Also I went from 201 2 weeks ago to now 207. I don't look like I gained weight (so I've been told) so I assume it's muscle because I weight train a lot. So I'm getting discouraged!

    Yeah a lot of fruit for me taste different too. Mango is my life! But it taste too sour to me now. I'm hoping once mango season kicks in it taste back to deliciousness to me

    How does loose skin feel?

    Yeah seems to be leading to fat. I still have about 40lbs to goal so I'm just worrying too soon but maybe skin removal savings should be started up lol
  22. Just curious if I'm feeling a loose fat roll or actual loose skin. When I sit it's a roll if I do like a plank it loosely hangs and feels like Jello. I know my actual skin doesn't pull so I can't tell if it's skin or a fat roll! Curious. Lol.
  23. As I loose weight I've learned that it's not as easy as I thought it'd be. I knew it'd be hard but not the way I thought. I just thought eating right would be a challenge but I've learned that the mind is an awful thing. I know I'm loosing but my mind is playing tricks on me.     Weight loss taught me...

    I'm not sure if I mentioned it on this post but I work at a bakery! So I deal with it everyday. I have good and bad days and today was an awful day. I ran out of my quest bars (which I use to fulfill my sweet tooth and ugh I gave in and felt bloated all day. So I ran to vitamin shoppe and now I'm set because I hate feeling bloated!
