I'm excited to not hide my binge eatting. For example I went to wendys got a meal and then another food itwm. I didn't need the second thing but I just couldn't decide! I'm excited to not waste money on always eating out because it'll be pointless. -
I have to meet with my anostisiologist tomorrow and have no clue what to expect. Did anyone else have to do this?

Yeah I finished and the just took blood did an ekg chest x-ray and asked me medical history.

Yeah its hard I've been only eating chicken for 2 months no dark meat and expecially no fast food (the stuff in fast food is not real food gross) but with getting sleeved I feel like I won't get my proper nutrition. I don't know though -

So everywhere I go I see EVERYONE drinks premire protein. Now I know i can get a bulk of it at Sam's Club but I can't find a single or a 4 pack to try before I splerge on a big pack. Any other brands that are just like this brand or even better? Help please

Yeah there are 4 packs but it's impossible to fine I've checked EVERYWhere even tried to buy a 4 pack online and I couldn't it's like I'mpossible. I think I'm just gonna say eff it and buy the big pack after surgery and learn to love it. I've tried unjury shakes but I don't feel like I'll always want to blend it myself haha!

I'm waiting for my pulmonary and cardiologist approval. My surgery is the 30 and my follow up appointments for clearance at the 30. I'm praying all is good and I'm good to go! -
Don't cry over fast foods just Google all the crap that is in fast food and how it's really not food and you'll feel good!

I see that everyone does gummy vitamins but I was told by my NUT absolutely no gummy vitamins. Wonder why -

I'm really freaking out I don't know how to eat for this surgery I'm up and active for work at 6 am how should I plan this out Can someone give me their schedule of eating so I can figure out how to do it please.

I know how you feel whe. I went to my cardiologist he "fat shamed" me. He made it seem like I had all these problems and I'm like no I don't have high blood pressure no I don't have shortness of breath and no I don't have ashma he was just assuming because I'm overweight but it'll get better trust me. Omg he also said wow the pressure on your legs are perfect for a person your size. Like f*** you! Lol don't worry it gets better trust me!
