Good Morning, Darcy, sounds cool to me...although don't count on to many miles from me...i'm such a slug when it comes to exercise. BUT I did do 1 mile yesterday LOL... I'm prob done for the year snort~ Patty love, I hope you had a wonderful disney visit yesterday Your still in my prayers lady. Betty, awwww...I would be cussing up a storm if i had to run back to walmart LOLOL Glad you got the extra exercise in but sheeesh. Cindy a pedometer is a great way to track your steps.... I have one problem when I wear one... I have all my weight in my belly and your supposed to wear those things on your hip.... well it doesn't hang right on me...its hard to describe but I don't think it works right on me. Does anyone know what I mean? How did you do yesterday? KAT!!! OMG how freakin scary. How is Rick today? uhhhhhhhh I would have freaked out too, so your not alone. Sherry how are you feeling? do you get reflux alot? if so watch it girlie, thats no a good thing...you might need a slight unfill. Mandy my sister is going through HELL and back with her daughter in school right now...seems like the school system just wants to push her to another school just to get rid of the "problem". My sister is fighting them tooth and nail. She has a few doctors on her side so thats gonna make a huge impact. I'm so glad you are a fighter !!! Hang in there hon. Good Afternood Kidlets Mandy, its tough when a child is silently suffering. Has she been tested for ADD? ....... ADD/ADHD runs like wildfire in my family and its a hard diagnosis to make, lots of people think these kids are lazy when in fact they are not, its just that they can't concentrate. I have ADHD and didn't get diagnosed until I was in my late 30's. I couldn't figure out why I could not get through an entire book so I said screw it, I'm going to a doctor. I wish some one would have helped me when I was younger instead of being labeled and suffering in my silence. Its tough being a kid, they go through so many changes at once and they dont even understand what their bodies are telling them. Also remember, having a learning problem is embarassing to the child, they feel like an outcast because in truth, they want to be A students and they want to make their parents proud. Children want to know that they are good kids and a learning disability doesn't make them a bad child....even though they feel like it does. Hugs and kisses to you Mandy, its never easy. Oy, I didn't realize you were having surgery... GOOD LUCK !!!!! and a speedy recovery. Kat WTH is the matter with you eating TWO taco's LOLOL....silly girl. We're they soft taco's? I can eat 2 crunchy ones with no sweat but the soft shell ones are a different animal. We went to Chili's and i took a bite of the soft chicken taco and slimed for 1/2 hr...my eyes were gonna pop out of my head. When it passed I took the innards out and ate them w/out the gluey shell/wrap thingy. ICK !!!! Mary Poppins, feel better hon.... Do you like the slimfast diet? every time I try it I get wicked stomach pains *shrug* .... oh and your not the only one who has valentines day stuff up LOLOL My christmas trees are still up inside my house but the outside is down with my heart flag hanging up LOLOL silly us. And a GOOD morning to you all Finally I am able to read up on you all :clap2: My week was nuts. Yesterday was the worst day for me because it was my 2006 year end review. I was so nervous that all morning all I did was eat, and eat alot of chocolate that was in a big ol bowl in my office. You see my boss is unpredictable, you never know what he's gonna throw at you and you never feel like you are doing a good job. I went from a 5 rating (which is the highest you can get) to a 3 rating with him.... so yesterday I thought man.... I'm screwed. My nerves were so shot I had the hershey squirts that morning. Anyway, at 2:30 PM he sat me down and did my review and all i kept saying to myself was don't cry, don't cry (because last year I did)...... guess what he rated me at this year.... a 4. I almost fell off my chair and I got a 6% raise. :faint: So last night when I got home I crashed b/c my nerves were shot. He's an army guy of 23 years and his standard are very high, even for people like me and I thought there was no way I could please him....phewwwww. Cindy congrats on the size 16 pants I'm waiting for that day myself lol. How are you feeling? Beanie good news for dad Good luck with your fill and I hear ya on the ol eyes being litterely bigger than our stomachs LOL. Slow is the best IMHO. Can't wait to have lunch with you. HAPPY NEW YEAR Good morning everyone and happy healthy 2007. I slept until 9 AM which is like finding a 4 leaf clover LOL. Gotta eat the left overs and its back to dieting for me lol, tomorrow is work ICK ICK ICK but the only good thing is, eating won't be a problem there We used our chocolate fountain last night and the kids had a blast, I'll see if I can get a picture here for ya's. Good Morning and HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! We have neighbors coming over tonight so I have to finish cleaning and shower dd and myself. Food is just appetizer style, a little of this and a little of that LOL. Thats about it. Sherry, I don't get it with the WL thing either. I've been eating like a pig and the scale doesn't move. I'm not complaining one bit....but just find it odd (and loving it really) LOL Crispy that neighbor is a wacko... hang in there. Cassy those dresses are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!! I've never seen any like them before. When I got married the typical brides maid dresses were big and poofy and thats what they picked (the girls in my wedding that is LOLOL) I let them pick the style and I picked the color. Cindy your breakfast sounded like fun...hopefully you'll be feeing better soon Betty, its scary when you think about the tire or something like that happening. Yep your angle is watching you for sure. My car door is electric and broke this week as well LOLOL, life could be worse eh~ Kat, your neice is a pip isn't she. Does she think the world stops for her? Hi Chris and Welcome !!!! I'm in Bergen County but if you'll just hang on a bit I'm sure some one will chime in to help you. What I would suggest is picking a hospital and then getting a list of doctors from that hospital....that might help get you started. Good Luck !!
