Hi again, I'm trying to read up on y'all.... Here's the egg muffin recipe...its under the food section of LBT.... "Low Carb Recipies" Egg Muffins Spray w/Pam a 12 hole muffin pan, put crumbled cooked sausage or cut up ham or bacon or whatever you like in the cups. Some broccoli or spinach or asparagus would be good too. Add grated cheese, cheddar or montery jack or swiss. Don't over fill it w/the meat & cheese, like about 1/2 way or 3/4 at most. Beat 8 eggs with lt cream or half and half, just a splash and spoon egg mixture into the cups. Bake 350 degrees, maybe 15 minutes or so, you'll see them start to brown. The possibilities are endless, you can add any kind of cheese, meat or veggies, they are wonderful to freeze. In the mornings I like to grab one or two out of the freezer and by the time I get to work they are defrosted and ready to heat. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!! NOOO you can't fill them with chocolate... well okay maybe you can *EVIL GRIN*

Good Morning, Dinner was wonderful last night, we went to Mt. Fuji's in Hillburn NY for dinner, EXPENSIVE!!! but really good. The cook was so funny, the view on the mountain was so pretty. I had my first Pina Colada in probably 10 years or so. I don't drink b/c as soon as it hits my stomach it burns... a problem that happens ever since I had my appendix out in 1990. Anyway, I have lots of left overs for today I pigged out of cookies and cup cakes yesterday.... If I keep this up I'm gonna start gaining weight LOL Sherry it IS hard to let go, and well.... why should you have to IMHO? 16 is young.... I have only one and I know I won't be letting go until she's married LOLOL Cindy is sounds like you are really enjoying your time off of work. Did you get that 79 day thing straightened out? Dianne, I'm sure things will start to calm down for you with MIL. You know when I'm under alot of stress I keep going, but once that stress lets up, I fall apart... and sleep is what I seem to do the most when that happens. hang in there !!! Sherry, you could use liners but I wouldn't, they might stick unless you use the metal ones and grease them... not sure. Try one and let us know. Ohh and if you use liners...it won't get that golden brown crust. ENJOY !!!!!

I have to get DD ready for a birthday party at noon, then after that we are going out to eat for my 17th wedding anniversary...day is shot. DD needs a bath and breakfast first so I must run.
