Good Morning, Can't play long Cassandra CONGRATULATIONS !!!!! Dianne, love, I agree with the girls here, your problems are VERY REAL, and don't brush them aside. You need to take care of yourself. Just like you took care of yourself with the band... you need to take care of yourself emotionally. Don't be ashamed or feel embarassed because I too suffer with alot of emotional issues. Is it that you are feeling the seasonal changes ????? you might have seasonal depression girlie... I know i get that and it starts about aug/september/october. Did you know there is an alternative way to treat SAD other than antidepressants? there's light therapy... check this out http://www.lighttherapyproducts.com/products_northern_light.html I am thinking of getting one. But before you buy one...read up and look into them. This is just an example of one that my friend has and likes. All you do is sit by it for 1/2 in the morning and it simulates the sun and helps the brain. We are here for you toots .... okay. Yes I have tried them all and IMHO I they are good. Any food can get stuck, you have to chew chew chew. My first PB was on chocolate...yeah of all things, so it just goes to show you even the simplest thing can get stuck if not chewed well. I've been banded for more than a year and can eat EVERYTHING, just as long as I again...chew well. Sunshine, the thought of that coconut pie mmmmmmm mmmmmmm drool LOLOL. Sherry you look great!!!! and your goldens are beautiful. My mom always has a golden, our first was Cinnamon she was about 125 lbs and used to help us carry in the groceries, then Holly and now we have a Molly...they are the best dogs... It aways amazes me the colors, they can be very light to dark like an irish setter...just like yours. BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I loved refried beans...you can add cheese and melt it and sour cream to give it a little taste. I also lived on butternut squash soup from campbells, tuna salad, cream of wheat and different soups. Also remember when your healed your gonna be able to eat alot of food....until you get your fills your gonna probably feel just like you did before banding so don't get discouraged...your not doing anything wrong, the band works when you start getting fills. Hi Goils Sorry I can't play... I'm so busy at work. I got my throat checked and the med dept here at work didn't have the strep test kit, but the doc gave me antibiotics which I am taking. I work for a pharmaceutical company and for ever year you are there you accumulate a week of "sick/disability" time... what that means is you get full pay for each week you accumulate and then disability kicks in after that. I'm with the company 9 years so when my doc said I could take up to 6 weeks off... I was like YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! It was truly a blessing because I was a slow healer lol.
