Hey Nicole what's going on with ya? How was the fill? I just had my 2nd fill yesterday. It went ok. I am down 7 lbs. next week starts a month of no classes for me. I should be able to post more. Are you exercising? I am not getting that much in. What about foods? What are you eating? I could get a cup to 1.5 cups in at a time, but after yesterday I'm not sure how much I can eat. I'll come off the creamy foods tomorrow. I normally do Greek yogurt and some type of berries for breakfast. One of my crockpot creations for lunch and the same for dinner. Snacking on cashews and kashi granola bars. My downfall is salsa and tortilla chips. I drink a couple of protein shots and lots of water during the day. Hope all is going well for you. Patty

hey, I posted over the weekend. Thanks for checking up on me. Being in nursing school my schedule is so erratic that I can only post every so often. My weightloss has slowed up. I am truly in bandster hell, but I know my fills will help. How's it going for you?

Yeah, I am feeling terrific. My surgeons office just called to check on me. The nurse was surprised that I was so up and cheery. I'm going to the movies this evening. I don't have very much pain. There is some discomfort at my upper incision. My doc puts the port up near the left shoulder. You can barely notice the incisons. I'm having no difficulties with swallowing. I will need to wear my bra's 24/7 for the next week or so.. I am very top heavy.

Do you do youtube videos? Are you near GA? Does your surgeon have a support group?

Cool, are you looking to use Dr Bagnato? I actually quit driving now, I am in school for nursing.. The trucking was breaking me down so I figured that I better get out while I still had my health. I drove for ten years and I wouldn't trade the experience for anything...

Hey DeeDee747..Congrats on getting banded.. How are you feeling? Yes, I'm in S. GA near Tifton. Who's your Doc? I'm using Bagnato in Albany. He's one of the best in GA.

I probably won't be banded until Nov 09 because BCBS of IL wouldn't accept the MD notes from my 6 mos diet. They rejected the facilities format so I had to start all over with another MD. Bummer, but it's coming. I was away and wasn't able to answer you sooner, sorry.

Hey TFTF.....I'm taking a break from the road right now. DH is still out there. We were long haulers all 48 and Canada. I'm on visit 3 of the 6 mos MD supervised diet.
