  1. both great advice.!. ptjp - i had oysters yesterday and the trippiest dreams ever. this thread came to life in it:) need more coffee to wake up i guess - LOL
  2. wow, didn't think about it - but those would make good raviolis!!! yesterday - b- half ww english muffin w/hummus/cucumber/pickled pepers l- 5 gulf coast oysters d- crab cake s- 1/3 slice cheese cake w/raspberry sauce...YUM
  3. i'm addicted to food porn (food network) & have been playing around w/recipes for wks now.....lived w/a chef for a while in france & did a few cooking classes. DH is the best guinne pig - loves trying what i make & likes the same food not made / over - over again..:w00t: btw - heartfire, you have the multi quoting down!!! wow - she's got him by the short ones. that's very sad. visions of green fur food is the BEST for head hunger:)
  4. they have been DH's sleeper bracket team....he took today & tomorrow off - have a watching party that starts here shortly....LOL
  5. just global warming. it's april & snowing by taps & bbg, freezing in texas......other than that we just posted to post! glad your back!
  6. probably a better question, however i had roughly 30lbs to lose at the time of my last fill - which i did & now maintaining. before then, i was going every month for a fill.
  7. oh diva - good to know, DH and i had been wanting to watch this. only caught one movie this wkend - it's golf season w/dh and i so we watched the legend of bagger vance - AGAIN, was on HD so we had to . i give that 4.5, love the movie.
  8. i had a small fill last wk & my last one was in may '08. i lost 27lbs & have maintained it roughly during that timeframe.

ha...LOL i cant' let anything fester - i would not have waited 2hrs on the treadmill. i would have tapped ms thing on the shoulder and said it's my turn.......but those boys created the drama for her (jillian) not to give a shit about training them when they first had their crying session out in the courtyard. whaaaaa i miss bob - cry baby men are a big turn off. re vicki - i think the producers realized like many of us that she was a bitch & probably did take advantage of her.....but she was a bitch none the less & therapy was probably a good thing - she finally got a chance to see herself the way many did & wanted to do something about that.
  10. yesterday - b - slice ww toast w/hummus & muenster l- buffalo chicken sloppy joe in a lettuce cup w/blue cheese *pic attached* it was SO good!! s- some cashews & strawberries d- 1 stuffed shrimp w/crabmeat
  11. my parents live in ocala - horse country. aside from key west it's my favorite part of the state. they actually get a bit of seasons being that north & the countryside is beautiful. susan doesn't live too far from there - she could give a better description of the state. cc - hope baby shane is doing well! heartfire - how do you manage your migraines? hope your feeling better glouc - it's freezing up here, well not really but 40 is close. similarly, i was in my bathing suit on sat. UGH...... **hope your not affected w/the layoffs**!!!
  12. the line is so friggin long, i've put up a tent.
  13. beth - bjean is in TX. and while i enjoy you on other threads - can't disagree more w/your views......but carry on.
  14. dropped 35 degrees overnight and is WINDY. the weirdest spring since i've been in tx.
  15. they ARE similar... dh is very affectionate/attentive - MUCH more so than i am. he's good w/gifts at random times. he hates bdays/anniversaries/xmas/valentines ..... he likes to "surprise" on other days outside the "half to ones"....odd can't wait to come down next month to "play" w/you guys -
  16. ya know it's always going to happen - me it was wine last night....TOO much so:rolleyes: yesterday - b- fage cherry greek yogurt w/handful of fiber one cereal l- 4 chicken pot stickers s- chipolte cheddar cheese stick d- approx .5c chicken buffalo sloppy joe (no bun), several sweet potato fries s- wine:)
  17. with all due respect, while this might apply to you - you can't attribute it to the masses who have had unfills. i have a friend that had her band removed 6 months ago and is losing weight as fast as those w/one. you can't lump this process for a one size fit all - i live w/a husband who is banded .... his journey is NOTHING like mine; but we got the same results.
  18. that looks wonderful jamie - thanks for sharing. think i have all the ingredients @ the house now to make this for tomorrow:) i have a vegan couple coming over for brunch.
  19. not me if i can help it - i always had a computer bag/briefcase or a gym bag. a good wallet and cell phone was easy to dig out and take along or CC or DR card & liscense. guess the reason for me being a bit messy when it comes to money organization. anyway - PRETTY day in dallas. hubby is so romantic getting me new golf clubs for our anniversary - had to hit a bucket or 2 today......have a good wkend all. SNT - i'll hit ya up on FB, have a safe trip.
  20. a lot of gyms offer "free assessment" training sessions, i would take them up on that freebie & ask this question. me i do weight training 2-3 times a wk w/my trainer and i really don't use the machines. mostly free weights & resistance bands / balls. every now and then we do the leg press & hamstring machine - but again; i do a lot of squats & lunges w/free weight dumbells.
  21. yesterday - nothing today - 45min session w/trainer; all upper body & ab workout, 20min physical therapy on ankle. after lunch dh and i hit the driving range - few buckets of balls hit.
  22. yesterday - b- ostrich jerky stick / slice of muenster l - small mexican shrimp cocktail - extra avocado ; margarita d- half ww english muffin w/butter & honey s- bowl of grapes
  23. 1 Month = 9lbs 3 Months = can't remember 6 Months = 30lbs 12 Months = 75lbs 18 Months = 70lbs & maintaining that number 24 Months = hopefully the same as 18months
  24. i KNOW i was much better @ 10 - now, not so much....i like the art of surprise putting my hand in a pocket of already washed jeans and pulling out a $20....i'm easily entertained.
  25. *hi FANNY!! you look GREAT!, i think plain & mac are best at recapping - congrats on the house! *money organization - i would likely drive you OCD money managers insane. i shove cash in whatever pocket; purse; gym bag; console.....very rarely is it in the wallet. i have to get a new ATM card every other month for the same reason. *glouc - i think it's wonderful you going to the gym w/DD. does she not like to go, but enjoys it once there? takes a bit to get use to then it becomes habit. also - there is nothing more annoying have to have your home perfectly clean & organized while people tredge through while selling. *friday - SUNNY for a change, watching my dogs chase squirrels through office window - too funny.
