  1. I just joined a local gym and am trying to figure out what weight machines I should use. If you don't mind, share your weight training routines with me, I'm hoping to find a good starting point here! Thanks so much
  2. I'm not sure of my band size but I do know that I only have 4.something cc's in the band after fill #1. My doctors policy is at least a month between fills so I'm stuck here for the next three weeks. I was just hoping for more restriction than this. I feel like I am constantly hungry!
  3. Okay, so I had my first fill last week and don't feel the restriction I was hoping for. I had the fill under flouroscopy with barium and I know she put saline in there...I'm just not finding it! I do feel SOME restriction, but not what I was expecting. Has anyone else experienced this with their first fill? Thanks, Emily
  4. This helps, I can handle it if I know what I'm getting myself into. For some reason I didn't think to ask during my pre-op class. Perhaps, subconsiously, I didn't want to know
  5. I am getting banded on 01/27/09 and I'm curious about the size of the needle used to fill the band. I'm a needle phobic! It is in no way going to detour my surgery, I would just like to know what I am in for! Thanks Emily
