DH is traveling so i'm glad for my mini frozen meals. ahhhhhhhhhhh the smell of paint back in the house. end date for final for it all is turkey day; i say christmas but more like valentines if i had to guess.

i was unfilled for 5wks. actually my dr left 1.5cc in - but i had started at 7.2c, so i was wide open. my appetite did return & i definitely ate more - BUT i doubled my workout intensity & managed to lose 3lbs. i had to force myself to push the plate away, as i could physically eat more. wasn't easy but it was great practice. i was able to get a decent size fill last wk, after my barium came back OK......when i stepped on the scale @ the dr's office i said i know i gained, nope i had lost & was beyond estatic. good luck

see i was a scooby doo fan - not cause he was 420 friendly or anything .. but i love puppies:) i expect to hear early morning POPS to start hunting season tomorrow, hoping goose is a hunting dog - DH would LOVE for one of the labs to finally be one.

as you should. but i or others may not have been given what's in your book. my surgeon handles patients case by case, for example - my husband is also banded; he suggests my hubby have 3 meals a day & 1 snack......me, i should eat 6-7 small meals a day. you have to have some bending action here because what works for one - won't the other. i say i break all the rules - because it's insane to put a rule book out there on this process. different surgeons - different pre/post op diet. impossible to make this a one stop shop - some have psych issues related to food, i had a fork one......when food was good, i coulnd't put it down. i paid for my band & hubby's the same day, so while i might sound flippant - $30k nut was spent for our health & don't regret it.
