i have never tried nutrisystem/jenny craig or any of the sorts - just because i like to cook, haven't heard the food is so hot on those programs & not cheap. can you just eat what you want, just less of it......or are you looking for assitance w/prepckged weightloss food?

ron doesn't bother me at all - kristin does. ugh, her over the top drama in her one-on-one camera time is beyond excessive. i'm glad bob kept the cousins to train. gives jillian more time with tara & mike who i'm pulling for. anxious to see the revolt from the blue team w/bob when they complain about him training the cousins....NOW we'll have good drama...LOL

mom needs a trust fund set up for her to enjoy her retirement yrs.

ya'll start posting when the show hits the air....LOL i save it for wed morning treadmill time.:mad2: ok i might get a bit slammed, but here i go. so WHAT if they ate & drank? the reality of it is there is no balance in everyday life on the ranch. temptation is not under their nose 24/7 - like the rest of us who have to make decent choices many more times in a day than they do. a reason why i think some do gain back a few lbs. when they go back home. i'm glad they showed their night on the town. every now and then, i'll eat a higher calorie meal, have an extra glass of wine - i just try to balance that out w/more time in the gym or treadmill. it's not realistic to think those "choices" are out of the question & jillian needed a chill a bit, and state her peace then kick their ass in the gym. she went a bit overboard in MO. ok - re: the show. the cousins, who i do like just need to pull their panties up & deal. i'm secretly rooting for mike (brown son) along w/tara still. gosh there was so much drama on this show - helped me on the treadmill this am to work off that extra glass of wine last night.:wink2:

i have determined if i want to eat what i want i have to exercise a bit more & never let up. my dr was right, another fill wouldn't do anything but make me tighter, and i enjoy all foods and don't want to restrict that. so more time on the treadmill:) yesterday - b- fiber one keylime yogurt l- 3oz baked corn tortilla crusted talapia s- 5.c baked ziti d- 1 slice blue cheese meatloaf & .5c green Beans s- handful of yogurt raisins

i hope you start feeling better tquad! georgia girl - i hadn't done much myself lately, but think i shook the blahs... yesterday - 1hr walk w/friend in the morning then 45min on treadmill at night running 17 of those minutes today - 45min walk on treadmill - will go for more this evening. my friend and i signed up for Water aerobics yesterday. i'm pretty funky about a public pools - but would like to get some exercises down to take to my pool; really don't know where to start, so we'll be trying that out twice a wk.

i tell DH to get me while i'm sleeping, so i don't have to be an active participant...LOL which BTW is FINE w/him, sick boy.

wow patty - i TRY to get past many of things i find you say offensive - but this is literally obscene. so my running off to get married in vegas vs the catholic church i was raised/still practice in is not "ordained".??? not real cause i actually filled out my marriage liscense w/a orange crayon. i still kept that crayon...funny:) i pray your children are 100% perfect in your eyes - very little wiggle room, very little tolerance. can't wait for the day my SIL and partner's marriage is the same as mine & i hope obama is the man to make that happen. go back and re-read your words - your not current, not releavant, not loving, not understanding, ... all them fabulous words you preach you don't even come close to being the servant you pretend to be.....
