I to am looking for someone to help me my starting weight was 245 now I am at 185 my one year anniversary is January 7 2016 I seems like I am at a stalled for last couple months and seems like I can eat more than I should I'm scared I don't want to gain back my weight !!! I find myself having bad choices when I get stressed I still turn to food I try not to but I do and I still have 30 lbs to go any suggestions i ride a stationary bike and try to eat more Protein than carbs ???? I need help

I am so glad to hear Your story because I Thought I Was looseing too show I started out at 245 and am 6 months I'm at 185in if I make it To 138 in a year I will be pleased I thought I was going too slow ! Thank you so much for sharing I feel better now

Don't be depressed I too am a slow looser and I have done everything I thought I was supposed to do ! I know how you feel I had my sugery in January and Have not lost that much but I have lost inches Just hang in there they say It will come off in time !! I hope Some of are just slow losers I guess !!!

Hello my name is Freida I was sleeve

I went to Dr Hamilton Le and I love him he AWSOME had sleeve on the 7 th of January would recommend him highly .

I'm from Del city Oklahoma had the sleeve on January 7 So happy I had it done not loosing as fast as some people but I feel wonderful wish I had it done years ago . No regrets no problems would like to meet other sleeves .

I had my sugery the 7th of January I lost 14 the first two weeks But this my fifth week I've been in a stall I am hoping I'm not doing anything wrong I am trying to drink my Water eat enough Protein and ride a stationery bike thirty minutes I hope it will Come off little disappointed ????

The Dr. Assures me if I keep on doing what I'm doing it will eventually come off I guess I should be happy I'm not gaining . Good luck to you too
