  1. Massages to break the fat pocket up, deep tissue ones, they are going to hurt you might bruise. Then walking or running. The only thing you can do is lose more weight, but massages to break it up will help a lot.

Really massages? interesting. Thank you very much it's funny you say that because I just purchased another Tens unit today due to my old one of several years broke. Maybe I'll try that since there is a deep tissue setting.

  2. Do you have a hernia at all?

Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App

Not that I know of. When i had the surgery done they never said anything.

In my opinion you should ask your doctor. But I know that what happened to you is caused by a low blood pressure because it happened a lot to me. You should do the anxiety and the sugar tests and get a professional advice. With me the hypotension is cause by low sugar in my system, anxiety and anemia. Drink Water as much as u can.

    Good luck

Thank you. I have an appointment next month it was the earliest they had.

  3. Hi all

I was wondering if anyone has this same thing? I've looked all over the internet and can't find anything not one thing not even images of other people. My inner thighs have fat hanging the best way I could describe it is if you take a pair of panty hose and fill it with sand maybe 2 pounds. Where it's connected to my body is skin i feel very little fat but at the bottom it's like that's where it all went. I asked my Dr and he said that's what it is a pocket of fat. Has anyone had experience with this? Any suggestion of exercise that would help reduce this? I prefer a home workout because I can't really afford a gym membership and no I don't have cable or any real frivolous things, except internet.

Please help I'm ok with flabby arms and hanging fat from my stomach. These things are ugly and I can't even wear shorts comfortably without fear that they will hang out, which they do if I sit wrong.

    Thank you in advance.

  4. Hi All

I had the sleeve done about 2 years ago. I wanted to see if anyone else has ever had this problem that I've had for awhile now. To start I haven't lost any where close to the weight I wanted but that's not the issue. My issue i when I'm standing for more than maybe 15 minutes I start feeling pain in my lower stomach maybe groin area and I get light headed, my hearing goes really muffled, and I get cold sweat and one time I passed out for a few seconds luckily about 40 of my friends were there to catch me. The time I passed out I was in Texas in the middle of a heat wave and even my friends who are from Texas said it was hot. I tried to ask my doctor but he said since I didn't go in when it happens it's hard to say.

    Thank you for any advice.

  5. I have been over weight my whole life. At my heaviest I think I was 440. Luckily for me DJing has given me confidence but I can say I was a bit depressed. It sucked seeing all my friends get girls but I just kept DJing. My point is maybe find something you are good at and redirect all the negativity into that and hopefully you can over come it.

  6. Hi all I am 1 week out of getting the sleeve and I wouldn't change a thing. I have a question if anyone can help. I know I'm supposed to do liquids like the little medicine cup in 15 minutes. The thing is I feel good and I'm able to drink one of those in one sip. Is that OK or should I go back to the 15 min rule?

  7. Hi All I know this is a stupid question and I apologize. After surgery I know I'm going to have lots of hanging skin however I have a friend who is a body builder and he is going to help me work out. Is there by ANY chance that if I work out enough I won't have any flappy skin? Has anyone had any luck with this? Thank you in advance.

  8. Hi Onlybroomgirl thanks for the welcome. Thanks for the well wishes and congrats to you on your surgery. I'm really excited and can't wait to get the surgery I've been preparing myself physically and especially mentally.

  9. Nice to meet you fezik23. I know the feeling I had the chance to do the surgery back in early 2000 but decided against it, big mistake. I can't wait I am worried about the sagging skin since I HOPE to lose quite a bit of weight with the surgery but sagging skin is better than a life of the weight chains.

  10. Hi just wanted to introduce myself my name is Keith I'm new to this forum. I am going through Kaiser to get my weight loss surgery done. I am in my last month of classes and will soon meet with the surgeon to figure out what type of surgery and when. I am shooting for the sleeve and can't wait to get it done. Thank you
