  3. Oh bummer. 2 weeks liquids ????
  4. My surgery is Tuesday 9/23 and I was super nervous and now I'm excited, but I know come Monday I'll be very nervous again.
  5. I'm 6 days into my pre op liquid too. I feel pretty crappy in the morning as well. I think it's just kind of common will our baby freaks out because we aren't feeding it. My surgery is Tuesday. When is yours?
  6. I'm not post up yet, but I will be Tuesday the 23rd.
  7. Good luck, by now you may be in the recovering side. I hope you are doing well.
  8. Cape Coral here. My surgery is Tuesday and Dr Sheih is doing the surgery.
  9. Welcome to the Loser side!! I'll be joining you there in 6 days.
  10. Well I'm a week from my surgery but my doctor has said we will need between 60-90 grams of protein a day. So that's all I have for you.
  11. Oh so the day before mine ???? good luck to you as well!!!
  12. Hope you are doing well now that you are on the losing side of life.
  13. Oops I see now your surgery was in January?
  14. Good Luck!! Mind saying who you surgeon is? I'm going to Dr Moses Sheih on 9/23
  15. I'm from Cape Coral and will be sleeved in 8 days.
  16. Wow!!! What a great job!! I hope I have lost 88 lbs when I'm 4.5 months post op. I'm 8 days pre op now!
  17. Just finished day one of pre op diet and I'm so tired. It wasn't as hard as I thought although I am now feeling a tad bit of headache trying to emerge. I hope tomorrow isn't bad either, but my stomach growls A LOT!!
  18. My doctor too stressed how important it is. One love of your liver actually covers your stomach, so by shrinking it it helps get it out of the surgeons way and if it's not shrunk it's harder to do the surgery and more chances of damage to your liver and your stomach from lack of view. I'm starting mine tomorrow. 4 protein drinks a day and then clear fluids the rest of the time for 5 days and then only clear liquids for 2 days before surgery.
  19. OMG we must be sleeve buddies!! My surgery is 9/23 and my birthday is 9/26!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. I don't have sleep apnea, but I've already had my pre surgical consultation with my hospital and the nurse said twice if I had a CPAP machine I was to bring it with me. Hope that helps you.
