My surgery was Tuesday, everything went GREAT, now that i am home i find myself extremely emotional. Is this just a stage? Has anyone else had this? I dont know why but for no reason ill start to cry and my fiance wants to help but i just dont know why im crying so much.

IF you cheated on your liquid diet what did you eat? How did your surgery go. Im on day 5 its tough as hell and haven't cheated and don't plan to but am curious how it went for others.

They just told my liquids low fat low sugar. No solid food allowed for 2 weeks starting Tuesday. Are slim fast shakes ok?

My diet starts Tuesday. I need ideas of filling liquids to consume thanks
