I am four weeks post op, and I was wondering how long I should wait to start going to the gym.

How long after surgery do the darn gas pains last; they are about to kill me; I think I would feel good if not for that pain. ( 6 days post op)

I had my surgery on Thursday as well, and I have done good so far, but I know before I can eat soft foods I'm going to be so hungry.

Well I am officially a post op today; sore but doing great.

I am a week away from my surgery and I am both nervous and excited. I pray I have as much success and most of you have had, it is good and uplifting reading your success stories.

I did the slimfast high Protein shakes. They were actually pretty delicious. I still do a shake for Breakfast. During the liquid diet, I did 4 shakes and lived on chicken broth, sugar free Jello and ice pops. You'll get through it, just try to stay positive [/quoteMy nutritionist told me not to drink slim fast cause the tend to add weight. I use the chike Protein Shakes and the vanilla and chocolate are very good.

I just want to get through this without wanting to strangle my son for talking, or my husband for asking me to make dinner. LOL!</p> [/quoteMy dr gave me Protein shakes called chike and they are pretty good
