Got my foot checked out today. It hurt way worse after I tried running last night. The are worried it's the start of a stress fracture so I have to wear a boot for 2 weeks and no running.
Aww, sorry to hear this. I've had stress fractures and it's amazing how much they can hurt. The boot will help, though. If there is a pool near you, you can get a float belt and run in the pool to keep your fitness level up.
