  1. Travelgirl, you crack me up. I feel like that some days too.
  2. I know I am the lone one, but I LOVED Syesha last night. She looked beautiful and sang really well. She didn't look like she was overdoing the sex appeal to me. She just looked like she was having fun. If you've got it flaunt it, and man does she have it!! having said that, I think I am in the minority here. I think Syesha will go home tonight. David A is on my nerves and David Cook doesn't do much for me either. I think we got rid of the REAL talent early!!
  3. Thanks Jack. That makes a lot of sense. Last night I ate a 100cal bag of popcorn. It really seemed to help my cravings. I also have started eating 1/2cup oatmeal in the morning, but those are carbs. I will add some protein as well.
  4. I'm staying on plan today because my scales are stuck and I want them to move!!
  5. dawg, I always lose a few pounds and then seem to sit at that weight ( + or - a couple of pounds) for awhile. If you are like that, then just think, next time you will drop out of the 200's forever. I just did that and man, it is a onederfull feeling. You will be there soon. Keep up the good work!!!
  6. My numbers from yesterday Burned - 2550 Consumed - 1037 Deficit - 1513
  7. Way To Go Molly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Thanks!! I hope I can remember!
  9. I love it too. I don't know when it starts..
  10. Luvinke, you will be there soon. Keep up the good work.
  11. I'm staying on plan today because...Well, just because..
  12. Welcome Mamato. That is definately not too soon. You will be there before you know it!!
  13. Sue, You will be there soon. My goodness, look how much you have allready accomplished. You will do this too!!
  14. I feel like I'm getting out of the barely in onederland stage. You know, where each morning you hope that you haven't added water weight or TOM comes and you're back over 200. Now that I'm at 193 I think I have finally kissed the 200's goodby. What a onederful feeling!!
  15. I would say that is not normal. You should call your gyn
  16. Jennifer, that is exaxtly how I feel too. I do notice it is worse when I exercise. That's why I wondered if I am using up all of my calories. I ran a 5k on Saturday, and I have been hungry ever since. I exercise regularly, but I plan to step it up a notch this week, and I know I need to address this problem as well. It does suck to ruin a whole days exercise in a matter of less than an hour sometimes. Some nights I am able to stick with nutritious snacks and it isn't so bad, but some nights I seem to crave CARBS CARBS CARBS!!!
  17. So, if you eat more than what I am in the first part of the day, then you don't have the bad cravings at night?????
  18. On a related note, after only having periods once or twice a year for about 8 years, this once a month thing is for the birds. I just had my 3rd regular cycle, and it seem slike as soon as my periods stops I am PMSing in preparation for the next one. YUCK!!
  19. I know it is not uncommon for my band to be tight in the morning and looser in the evenings. I am generally not hungry in the mornings through mid afternoon, but in the evenings I feel like I can eat a house. I know part of it is head hunger. I have allways been a night eater, but this is rediculous. I will consume 200 - 300 calories all day and be full until about 6 or 7pm. Then it hits. Last night I ate 2 bowls of Cereal and a can of chicken noodle Soup. OMGosh!! Of coarse, i pb'd after than and felt HORRIBLE. I usualy don't give in that badly, but I do struggle with this each evening. I need some practical advise. Should i eat more calories during the day??? Am I letting the tank get too empty???? Is this just a head hunger issue that I need to work through??? I don't want to increase my calories during the day if more calories is not what I need. HELP!!!!
  20. Ok, I took the day off yesterday. I didn't wear my bugg, nor did I count calories. I am back at it today. I plan to increase my goal to a 2000 cal deficit each day. I'd better get moving!!
  21. Thanks Luvinke!! I am staying on plan today because I ate too much yesterday and don't want to let that stop the momentum I have been able to get going.
  22. I am staying on plan today, because it is Mother's Day. What better gift to give myself and my family than to stay on plan!!
  23. BBK, So sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. Take extra good care of yourself.
  24. Thanks! I burned 416 calories during the race. Doesn't seem like many to me????????
  25. I forgot to reset my display before starting, but after the run I had burnned almost 1200 calories today. I don't know how to find out by looking at the website. I can tell that I burned between 9.0 and 13.3 cal per minute during the run. I am still sitting here laughing... When I read your post I was trying to figure out what you were calling little. It was me!!. You are too kind. I didn't realize that I have a good burn rate. What can I attribute that too??? I have worked out a lot in the past, so I have quite a bit of muscle. Would that make my burn rate higher??? Again, thanks for calling me little. You made my day!!
